All Sales Are Final Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, unless the item you receive is defective or damaged.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Sales@DemonRacing.Club within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find a resolution.


Shipping Liability Policy

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, Demon Racing Club is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Ownership and responsibility for the package are transferred to the shipping carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Any delivery issues including loss, theft, or damage during transit must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

We ensure that all orders are properly fulfilled, packaged, and shipped to the address provided by the customer. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Demon Racing Club cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
