Thank you for your purchase. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, unless the item you receive is defective or damaged.

 

Shipping Liability Policy

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items are made to order and begin production after the pre-order window has closed. Due to the custom manufacturing process, pre-order items may take up to 16 weeks to ship after the pre-order period ends. While this represents the maximum estimated timeframe, the vast majority of pre-order items are completed and shipped significantly sooner. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the production timeline provided for these items.

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, Demon Racing Club is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Ownership and responsibility for the package are transferred to the shipping carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Any delivery issues including loss, theft, or damage during transit must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

We ensure that all orders are properly fulfilled, packaged, and shipped to the address provided by the customer. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
