Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at Sales@DemonRacing.Club within three (3) days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may be denied. Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any resolution will be determined at our sole discretion.
We make every effort to display product images accurately, but we cannot guarantee color accuracy on all devices.
We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information and to promptly update your information as necessary.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING, ADDRESS ACCURACY & LIABILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Address changes or order modifications cannot be made once an order has been placed. Demon Racing Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is lost, delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location, Demon Racing Club is not liable and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, Demon Racing Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the shipping carrier upon acceptance. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but was not received, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Use of optional tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services. Any issues with third-party products must be directed to the third party.
